The Mobile Remote Deposit Capture clause authorizes account holders to deposit checks electronically by submitting images through a mobile banking application. This process typically involves endorsing the check, photographing both sides, and following specific app instructions to ensure the deposit is processed correctly. The clause facilitates convenient, remote banking while reducing the need for physical branch visits, thereby streamlining the deposit process and enhancing customer flexibility.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. The Account gives you access to the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service (“MRDC”). You may remotely deposit check funds made out to you as the payee into your Account by choosing the mobile check capture icon in the App. The MRDC process requires you to submit an image of the check, enter the U.S. dollar amount of the check, and endorse the check as directed. MRDC is provided by a third-party money transfer service provider. To use MRDC, you must agree to the service provider’s terms and conditions which are not part of the Agreement. The service provider may amend the terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions may include fees for using MRDC. Any MRDC fees will be charged by the service provider. The MRDC terms and conditions, including any applicable fees, will be provided to you and you must read and accept them when you sign up for MRDC. Any limits or fees will be determined by the service provider. You will be notified about any fee to be charged for a particular remote capture before you authorize the capture. Generally, you will not have access to the money you deposit using MRDC until the check has cleared the third party. The check clearing process typically takes seven (7) business days, however it may take up to ten (10) business days. The service provider may offer immediate funds availability for a fee.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. This Service allows you to make remote deposits of Checks to us via mobile software and software as we may permit (the “mRDC Service”). This Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Subsection shall only apply to the Treasury mRDC Service (and not to remote deposits made with desktop scanners). Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. Our mobile remote deposit capture (RDC) service allows you to make eligible deposits to your accounts with us using a camera-enabled mobile device with our mobile application installed. The mobile device you use must be capable of capturing check images and information, and electronically delivering the images and associated information through our mobile application to us. The mobile device must capture an image of the front and back of each check to be deposited, including the magnetic ink character recognition line on each check, and such other information as required by our Account Agreements and Disclosures and applicable law. When using our RDC service, you may experience technical or other difficulties. We are not responsible for and do not assume liability for any technical or other difficulties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke services immediately and without any notice to you.

Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, customer subscribes to, and Bank agrees to provide, the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (“MRDC”) Service to be used by customer in accordance and in compliance with and the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act (“Check 21 Act”). The MRDC Service enables you to create and submit electronic check images (also known as Image Replacement Documents (“IRDs”) to Bank, for deposit to your personal or business deposit account(s), as applicable, in lieu of the Original Checks (as defined herein) from which such MRDC check images were obtained. The dollar amount limits and daily number of transaction limits for MRDC shall be determined by the Bank in is sole discretion. Customer should visit the Bank Website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or talk to their IBC banker for information regarding dollar limit and daily number of transactions restrictions. Items exceeding customer’s daily limits must be delivered to Bank for processing or held until the next Business Day for transmittal. Bank retains the ability to either approve or deny your use of IBC Mobile Banking Services, including the MRDC Service in Bank’s sole and absolute discretion. If Bank approves you to use such IBC Mobile Banking Services, then by using such IBC Mobile Banking Services, you agree to the applicable provisions set forth in this Agreement, you agree to pay any fees that Bank may charge in conjunction with such IBC Mobile Banking Services (as set forth in Bank’s current Schedule of Fees and Charges), and you understand and agree that the meanings of the defined terms set forth in this Agreement and any related documentation made available to you by us for use with the IBC Mobile Banking Services. In the event of any unforeseen issues or failure of this product for MRDC deposits, your deposits can be made in person at any Bank branch.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. This Section V states terms and conditions that are specific to the mobile remote deposit feature (“Deposit Service”) we have added to our Mobile Banking service. The Deposit Service is also subject to all the other Sections of this Mobile Banking Service Agreement.
