- Moderate System Impact Clause Samples

The 'Moderate System Impact' clause defines the level of disruption or effect an event or action may have on a system, categorizing it as moderate rather than minimal or severe. In practice, this clause typically outlines specific criteria or thresholds that constitute a moderate impact, such as temporary reduction in system performance, limited downtime, or partial loss of functionality that does not halt overall operations. Its core function is to provide a clear standard for assessing and responding to incidents, ensuring that parties understand the expected response and responsibilities when a moderate impact occurs.
