MODIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM Sample Clauses
The "Modification of the System" clause defines the rules and procedures for making changes or updates to a system after its initial implementation. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to request or approve modifications, the process for documenting and agreeing upon changes, and any limitations or requirements for such modifications. For example, it may require written consent from both parties before any alterations are made to the system's functionality or components. The core purpose of this clause is to ensure that any changes to the system are managed in a controlled and agreed-upon manner, thereby preventing unauthorized alterations and maintaining system integrity.
