Common use of Monetary Equivalent Clause in Contracts

Monetary Equivalent. An employee who leaves employment, for any reason, shall be compensated for vacation time unused at the time of separation. All unused vacation time will be paid to the estate of an employee who dies while in the employ of NFT Metro.
