Monitor Project. Construction Manager must monitor the Contractor(s)’s activities and operations to verify that tools, equipment, and labor are furnished and work is performed and completed within the time as required or indicated in the Contractor(s)’s Contract Documents, to achieve the Council’s objectives in relation to cost, time and quality, and to the satisfaction of the Council. Construction Manager expressly agrees to verify that the requirements of the Contractor(s)’s contract documents are met, observed, performed, and followed. Construction Manager is not responsible for and must not direct the Contractor(s')’s or other construction contractor(s)’ means and methods.
Monitor Project. Construction Manager shall monitor the Contractor to verify that tools, equipment, and labor are furnished and work performed and completed within the time as required or indicated by the plans and specifications, to achieve the Council’s objectives in relation to cost, time and quality, and to the satisfaction of the Council. Construction Manager expressly agrees to verify that the specifications are met, observed, performed, and followed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Construction Manager shall not, however, be responsible for directing construction contractor(s)’ means and methods.

Related to Monitor Project

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
