Monitoring and Communication Equipment Sample Clauses

The 'Monitoring and Communication Equipment' clause establishes the requirements for the installation, maintenance, and use of devices or systems that enable oversight and information exchange on a project or within a facility. This may include specifying the types of monitoring devices (such as cameras or sensors), communication tools (like radios or intercoms), and the standards for their operation and upkeep. By clearly outlining these obligations, the clause ensures that all parties have reliable means to monitor activities and communicate effectively, thereby enhancing safety, coordination, and compliance with project or operational requirements.
