Common use of Monitoring and Records Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Records. The CONTRACTOR will make available all its records pursuant to this Agreement with the AUTHORITY upon request. All records will be retained during the term of the Agreement and for a five (5) year period thereafter. Monitoring site-visits will be conducted annually. Program “participant master files” must contain all documentation as it pertains to eligibility, supportive/case management services, referrals, and documentation of homelessness.
