Record content. Files can contain more than one type of logical unit of work and recipients will sort them as required by their application systems. • Generally, there is only one installation of any one type of Asset, at any one Meter Point, at any one time. This does not preclude an Asset being associated to two Meter Points at the same time. In limited circumstances, e.g. twinstream, more than one Asset of the same type could be associated to a given Meter Point. • The format of the files should minimise the transmission traffic. • Records will be created using the structure and optionality defined in this document. • Records shall contain data which: o conform to the optionality defined in this document o meet the standard Data Item definition and values in the correct format (see Market Domain Data and the Online RGMA Data Flow Catalogue).

You confirm and warrant to us that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above licence. (D) [You grant all Registered Members, Unregistered Users and all other users of the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to access your User Content through the GoodNotes Platform, and to use your User Content, [including to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display, and perform it], only as permitted by the functionality of the GoodNotes Platform. For clarity, this licence does not grant any rights or permissions for a user to make use of your User Content independent of the GoodNotes Platform and as set out in clause 6.3] (E) You represent, warrant and agree that (a) you shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary third party licences and permissions regarding any User Content that you submit, post or display; (b) any User Content that you submit, post or display does not infringe or violate any of the copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secrets or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party (“Third Party Rights”). (G) We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove, disable access to, modify or reject any User Content that you submit to, post or display on the GoodNotes Platform which we reasonably believe is unlawful, violates these Terms, could subject us or our affiliates to liability, or is otherwise found inappropriate in our sole discretion. (H) You understand and agree that if you delete your account, it may not be possible to completely delete your User Content from the GoodNotes Platform, and that your User Content may remain viewable elsewhere as part of the platform.

  • User IDs and Password Controls All users must be issued a unique user name for accessing DHCS PHI or PI. Username must be promptly disabled, deleted, or the password changed upon the transfer or termination of an employee with knowledge of the password, at maximum within 24 hours. Passwords are not to be shared. Passwords must be at least eight characters and must be a non-dictionary word. Passwords must not be stored in readable format on the computer.   • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐▇▇▇▇▇▇-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate.
