MONITORING VISITS. Identica will monitor the operations of the Equipment, and shall make semi-annual visits to the Hotels to provide Hotel staff with additional training, merchandising and operational recommendations and software support. Pursuant to the Hotel Agreements, the Hotels shall continue to provide room and board for the professional services team for monitoring visits at no expense to Identica, and on an as needed basis.
