Common use of Move-in and Move Clause in Contracts

Move-in and Move. out Inspections (a) Move-in Inspection: BHA and Tenant or the Tenant’s representative shall inspect the dwelling unit prior to occupancy by Tenant. BHA will give Tenant a written statement of the condition of the dwelling unit, both inside and outside, and note any equipment provided with the unit. The statement shall be signed by BHA and Tenant and a copy of the statement retained in Tenant's folder. The BHA will correct any deficiencies noted on the inspection report, at no charge to Tenant. (b) Move-out Inspection -- BHA will inspect the unit at the time Tenant vacates and give Tenant a written statement of the charges, if any, for which Tenant is responsible. Tenant and/or representative may join in such inspection.
