The Multi–Ticket Rigger/Scaffolder/Dogman Allowance clause establishes additional compensation for employees who hold multiple relevant certifications or licenses, such as those for rigging, scaffolding, and dogging. Multi – Ticket Rigger/Scaffolder/Dogman Allowance. Where work is being performed on building, civil and/or metal engineering construction/installation works, subject to satisfying the conditions specified in this subclause an all purpose multi-ticket allowance of $17.50 per week shall be paid for each certificate/ticket held above the basic qualification required for the employee to be classified as a rigger, a dogman or a scaffolder as the case may be to a maximum amount of $35 per week. This will be paid to employees classified as Riggers, Scaffolders or Dogmen who hold and use multiple certificates issued pursuant to the relevant Act and/or Regulations, that are additional to the basic requirements of their classification. This allowance shall increase inline with the wage increases. To be eligible for the payment of this Allowance, employees must in addition to holding the appropriate tickets; • Have gained at least 12 months experience on a construction site working in a multi ticketed role; • Be able to exercise the skills that they have been accredited as acquiring through the qualifications; Perform the full range of their accredited skills when requested; Provide satisfactory documented evidence of their tickets.
Multi – Ticket Rigger/Scaffolder/Dogman Allowance. Where work is being performed on site where several trades are working doing either or both building construction and metal engineering/installation works and subject to satisfying the conditions specified in this subclause, an all-purpose Multi - Ticket Allowance shall be paid to Riggers Scaffolders or Dogman who hold and use multiple certificates issued pursuant to the relevant Act and/or Regulations, that are additional to the basic requirements of their classification. Recognized Certificates/Tickets The Multi–Ticket Rigger/Scaffolder/Dogman Allowance shall be paid in recognition of the unique technical skills and multiple tasks required of riggers, or scaffolders or dogman that go beyond their base qualification, while working on a construction site. The following Certificates/tickets shall be recognized for the purpose of payment of Multi - Ticket Allowance: Multiple certificates Intermediate Advanced Forklift and/or non slewing Crane Multiple certificates Intermediate Advanced Forklift To be eligible for the payment of a Multi – Ticket Allowance employees must, in addition to holding the appropriate tickets/certificates as listed in placitum (ii) of this sub-clause; have gained at least 12 months experience; and be able to exercise the skills that they have been accredited as acquiring through their qualifications; and perform the full range of their accredited skills when requested; and provide satisfactory documented evidence of their certificates. A Multi - Ticket Allowance of $38.80 per week shall be paid for each certificate/ticket (as specified in placitum (ii) of this subclause) held above the basic qualification required for the employee to be classified as a rigger, dogman or scaffolder as the case may be, to a maximum amount of $77.55 per week (fixed for the life of this Agreement). An employee claiming for payment of the Multi- Tickets Allowances shall utilize all such qualifications at the direction of the employer. The Multi - Ticket Allowance shall be paid for all purposes.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Living Away From Home Allowance When Employees are to be engaged on a Project requiring them to live away from home, the provisions of Appendix I will apply in determining their entitlement and the conditions whilst they are living away from home.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Altona Area Allowance As of 1 March 2024 an Employee within a 8 km radius from the intersection of Kororoit Creek Road and Millers Road, Altona shall, when employed on chemical or petrochemical plants or on commercial or industrial construction jobs within 1 km of the nearest part of the perimeter of such plants or within the perimeter of storage tank farms, be paid an all- purpose allowance of $1.55 per hour extra. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025 rounded to the nearest 5 cents.
