Common use of Multiple Accounts Clause in Contracts

Multiple Accounts. If you have opened more than one Account with the Company or any Associated Company, we are entitled to transfer money or Security from one Account to another to satisfy Margin requirements, in our sole and absolute discretion, even if such transfer will necessitate the closing of open Margined positions or cancellation of orders on the Account from which the transfer takes place.
