Multiple calls Clause Samples

The "Multiple calls" clause defines the rules and limitations regarding how many times a party may make requests or demands under a particular provision of the agreement. In practice, this clause might specify whether repeated requests for information, performance, or payment are permitted, or if there are restrictions such as a maximum number of calls or required intervals between them. Its core function is to prevent abuse or excessive use of certain contractual rights, ensuring that both parties have clear expectations and are protected from unreasonable or burdensome demands.
