MULTIPLE CONCURRENT CONTRACTS. Due to the nature and scope of this type of contract, in the event that the lowest bidder for the Three Points Area Section II is determined to be the lowest bidder for another subsequent mowing contract or already has a mowing contract, a Management Plan shall be submitted to the County ten (10) calendar days after contract award. The plan shall contain detailed information on personnel, equipment, and schedules for each contract. The Contractor shall have resources (i.e. equipment and personnel) for each contract The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, supplies, manpower and pay disposal fees, to complete the work specified in this contract. As stated, the work performed will consist of mowing (roadside and slope/ditch mowing, litter and grass clipping removal, edging, herbicide treatment, brush control), fertilization of turf and additional litter removal.
