Common use of MULTIPLE CONCURRENT CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

MULTIPLE CONCURRENT CONTRACTS. Due to the nature and scope of this type of contract, in the event that the lowest bidder for the Apopka Area Section II is determined to be the lowest bidder for another subsequent mowing contract or already has a mowing contract, the Contractor shall submit a Management Plan to the County within ten (10) calendar days after contract award. The plan shall contain detailed information on personnel, equipment, and schedules for each contract. The Contractor shall have resources (i.e. equipment and personnel) for each contract.
