Multiple Projects Sample Clauses
The "Multiple Projects" clause defines how the agreement applies when the parties engage in more than one project under the same contractual relationship. Typically, it outlines whether each project is governed by separate statements of work, how terms and obligations apply across projects, and how issues like payment, deliverables, or liability are managed when multiple projects are underway. This clause ensures clarity and organization, preventing confusion or disputes by specifying the treatment of concurrent or sequential projects within the broader agreement.
