Mutually Agreed Changes. Any mutually-agreed changes to this Collective Agreement shall form part of this Collective Agreement and are subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Procedure. Such mutually-agreed changes shall be presented in writing. Workers Employed at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park Recreation Centre Concession (BPRCC): THE UNDERSIGNED BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVES, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE DISTRICT OF SQUAMISH AND THE UNDERSIGNED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CANADIAN UNION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, LOCAL NO. 2269, AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: The Parties agree in the event the Employer resumes direct operation of the BPRCC, notwithstanding the Collective Agreement, the following terms and conditions will apply to Employees at the BPRCC. 1. Employees will be considered as ‘casual’ Employees for the purposes of the Collective Agreement except as specifically varied below in #’s 2 through #5 inclusive;
