National Objective Sample Clauses

National Objective. All activities funded with CDBG funds must comply with one of more of the CDBG program’s National Objective Criteria as required under 24 CFR 570.200(a)(2). CITY certifies that the activity (ies) carried out under this Agreement will meet the following National Objective: National Objective Criteria: 570.208 (a)(2)(i)(B) CFR Reference: Low Mod Limited Clientele Income Certification

National Objective. Slum and blight: Acquisition and demolition of vacant and foreclosed homes that meet the NSP definition of slum and blight. After acquisition and demolition, the property will be placed in a land bank established by the CITY for the purposes of holding the properties vacated by actions under this grant for up to 10 years or until redeveloped.

National Objective. All activities funded with CDGB funds must meet one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives: benefit low- and moderate-income persons;

National Objective. The National Objective will be met by meeting the criteria for Urgent Need. The proposed project aims to alleviate existing conditions, which pose a threat to the health or welfare of the community, as well as mitigate effects of future disasters. Activity National Objective Performance Indicator(s)

National Objective. This Project is funded with CDBG-NDR Funds, shall meet HUD’s LMI national objective, and the Developer is obligated to fulfill this national objective. To meet the LMI national objective, Developer shall construct housing that is rented to and occupied by qualified LMI tenants no later than eighteen (18) months after the City’s issuance of the certificate of occupancy relating to the Project.

National Objective. “National Objective” means those objectives approved by HUD and listed in §3.2 of this Exhibit B.

National Objective. Subgrantee commits to achieve the National Objective of the Project and shall cause the Developer to commit to the same, and to maintain documentation as may be required by the Grant Agreement and otherwise necessary to clearly demonstrate that Subgrantee has achieved the National Objective.

National Objective. The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will meet the CDBG program's National Objective of benefit to low/moderate income persons as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. The Subrecipient shall adhere to the terms of the City's CDBG Application and Subrecipient Agreement and with assurances and agreements made by the City to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

National Objective. The Subrecipient certifies that funds provided under this Agreement will meet the CDBG program’s National Objectives of benefit to low/moderate income persons, as defined in 24CFR 570. 208(a)(1)(i), and will be consistent with eligible activities as defined in 24 CFR 570.201(a).
