Nature of Grievances Clause Samples

The "Nature of Grievances" clause defines what types of complaints or disputes are recognized under an agreement or policy. It typically outlines the specific issues or actions that can be formally raised as grievances, such as violations of contract terms, workplace policies, or employee rights. By clearly delineating what constitutes a valid grievance, this clause helps ensure that only appropriate concerns are addressed through formal procedures, thereby streamlining dispute resolution and preventing misuse of the grievance process.
