Nature of Materials. The material which will be used for the construction of the contracted work will be specified in the quote. Unless clearly stated wood elements will have no additional processes such as sanding, or pre-staining, most boards used, unless clearly specified, will be rough cut and delivered to the installer prior to the execution of work. Some dark marks on boards might be visible from the friction of the saw against the wood surface.

You agree to submit Materials to us in accordance with all guidelines for use of the Service posted on the Prime Publishing web site or of which you are otherwise notified ("Guidelines"), as these Guidelines may be changed in the future. 7)

  • Use of Material The Employer intends using the information provided by the Consultant for purposes including: • professional advice regarding decisions to be made in connection with the subject matter of the services; • inputs into the work of others and the administration of contracts; and • professional inputs into the delivery process Task specific use of information provided by the Consultant is set out in the Task Order.
