Common use of Network Connection Clause in Contracts

Network Connection. All information access will come through a dedicated network connection that must be furnished by the Procuring Party or a virtual private network (VPN) connection with access information provided by TennCare. The Procuring Party will be responsible for any cost associated with the installation and operation of this connection.
