Common use of Network Interconnection Methods Clause in Contracts

Network Interconnection Methods. (NIMs) include, but are not limited to, Physical Collocation Interconnection; Leased Facilities Interconnection; Fiber Meet Interconnection; and other methods as mutually agreed to by the Parties. One or more of these methods may be used to effect the Interconnection in each LATA, or as otherwise agreed between the Parties. Requests to AT&T 9-STATE for interconnection at other points or through other methods may be made through the Bona Fide Request/New Business Request process set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
