New Job Creation. Provide additional full-time, non-seasonal jobs for at least 100 Employees within the time period or periods set forth in the Agreement, with additional Incentive available for more than 100 new jobs [(see Section 28.004(a)(iii)];
New Job Creation. The Company will create, at a minimum, New Jobs (see definition) in addition to the Current Employment at the Project Location. These jobs must be created within two (2) years of the date a building becomes Operational.

The Company agrees to post New Job openings at the Hotel with the local Employment Security Commission, the Durham County Department of Social Services, and local Hospitality schools; provided that the foregoing requirement does not limit the Company’s ability to advertise and/or otherwise post job openings for its New Jobs with other organizations or media outlets.
