Eligible Project Sample Clauses

Eligible Project. Costs means costs, as determined by County, for construction of trail improvements, Project-related drainage facilities, utility and pipeline conflicts, approved traffic control devices and other items listed above in Project description, design, construction support, materials testing, and construction inspection. Eligible Project Costs shall exclude, unless otherwise stipulated herein, reconstruction of utilities, except utility conflicts created by the construction of Project elements.

Eligible Project. To be eligible for consideration for the base Incentive a project must meet the following criteria:

Eligible Project. The term ‘‘eligible project’’ means a project to purchase equip- ment or software relating to the Nation’s air traffic control system that is certified or ap- proved by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration and that promotes safety, efficiency, or mobility. Such projects may include— (A) airport-specific air traffic facilities and equipment, including local area aug- mentation systems, instrument landing sys- tems, weather and wind shear detection equipment, and lighting improvements; (B) automation tools to effect improve- ments in airport capacity, including passive final approach spacing tools and traffic man- agement advisory equipment; and (C) equipment and software that enhance airspace control procedures or assist in en route surveillance, including oceanic and offshore flight tracking.

Eligible Project. The term ‘eligible project’ means a project relating to the Nation’s air traffic control system that is certified or approved by the Administrator [of the Federal Aviation Administra- tion] and that promotes safety, efficiency, or mobil- ity. Such projects may include— (A) airport-specific air traffic facilities and equipment, including local area augmentation sys- tems, instrument landings systems, weather and wind shear detection equipment, lighting improve- ments, and control towers; (B) automation tools to effect improvements in airport capacity, including passive final approach spacing tools and traffic management advisory equipment; and (C) facilities and equipment that enhance air- space control procedures, including consolidation of terminal radar control facilities and equipment, or assist in en route surveillance, including oceanic and offshore flight tracking.

Eligible Project. The Borrower Entities or its Subsidiaries has taken any action or has failed to take any action that would cause the Project not to be an Eligible Project;

Eligible Project. Any Borrower Entity takes, or fails to take, any action that would cause any Qualifying Project not to be an Eligible Project.

Eligible Project. An eligible project is a discrete and specific project located in an unserved area of an economically distressed county seeking to provide broadband service to homes, businesses, and community anchor points not currently served. Eligible projects do not include middle mile, backhaul, and other similar projects not directed at broadband service to end users.

Eligible Project. Any act or omission that would cause the Project to fail to be an Eligible Project.

Eligible Project. Any Borrower Entity shall commit any act or omission that would cause the Project not to be an Eligible Project.
