Project Elements definition

Project Elements means any component of a Redevelopment Project.
Project Elements means the constructed portions of the Project and includes the plaza, skybridge, elevators, parking structure improvements, and any other elements as described on Exhibit C.
Project Elements as used in this Agreement shall refer to the permanent structures, site improvements and other permanent developments at the site specifically defined and specified in the Contract Documents. The Project Elements may constitute the whole or part of the Work and are defined in General Conditions Article 1. If Preliminary Project Schedule updates indicate that previously approved schedules may not be met, the CMR shall make appropriate recommendations to the Owner and Architect and take all steps necessary to ensure completion of the aspects of Work within its control and within the time period required by the Contract Documents. All Preliminary Project Schedules shall contain the items and be in the format as directed by the Owner.

  • The City and Developer further acknowledge that each Project Element shall be subject to the City’s review and approval as part of a Specific Implementation Plan (“SIP”), pursuant to section 28.098(5)(e) of the Madison General Ordinances, provided, however, nothing shall preclude Developer from combining one or more Project Elements into a single SIP application.

  • Personnel directly engaged on the Project by the Consultant may include architects, engineers, designers, and specifications writers engaged or assisting in research, design, production of drawings, specifications and related documents, Work Related Services and other services pertinent to the Project Elements.

  • The Schematic Design studies shall consist of all plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, etc., as required to show the scale and relationship of the design concept to surrounding facilities and other Project Elements, plus a narrative report setting forth in appropriate detail the criteria to be used in preparing the Contract Documents for the Project Elements and identifying all major equipment and systems required, including alternative items as appropriate, and Work Sequencing Schedules.

Project Elements. Means the permanent structures, site improvements and other permanent developments at the site specifically defined and specified in the Contract Documents requiring construction and services, which construction and services may constitute the whole or part of the Project.
Project Elements means the U.S. Olympic Museum and Hall of Fame (“Olympic Museum”), the Colorado Sports & Event Center (“Event Center”), the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (“U.C.C.S.”) Sports Medicine and Performance Center (“U.C.C.S. Center”), and/or the United States Air Force Academy (“U.S.A.F.A.”) Gateway Visitors Center (“Visitor Center”), as more fully described herein and in Exhibit B to the Resolution.
Project Elements means the ▇▇-▇, ▇▇-▇, ▇▇-▇, the SEAI Crossings, the Culvert Improvement, the Reconstructs, the Diversion Inlet Structure, the Relocations, the Drain 27 Wetland Restoration Project, the Wild Rice River Control Structure, and the Red River Control Structure.
