The "New Orders" clause defines the procedures and requirements for placing additional orders under an existing agreement. New Orders. At any time during the Term, Pfizer or its Affiliates may place with Codexis a new written purchase order for Codexis Enzyme (“New Order”). Pfizer and its Affiliates are under no obligation to place New Orders. Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e-mail is acceptable), all New Orders shall be for a minimum of [***] of Codexis Enzyme and shall be in full lot quantities packaged in [***] (“Minimum Order Quantity”).

If Entegris receives an order from Metron on or prior to March 31, 2001 with respect to customers located in Europe or April 30, 2001 with respect to customers located in Asia, Entegris shall process such order in the ordinary course of business in accordance with the terms of the Metron Agreement and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Agreement. Each such New Order shall have been entered into in the ordinary course of business and without the commission of any act or any consideration having been paid or promised that would result in a violation of law.

The Seller shall provide the Buyer subcontract work on orders referred to the Buyer on or before December 31, 1998 to the extent requested by the Buyer on mutually agreeable terms.
