New Price Clause Samples

The "New Price" clause defines how the price for goods or services will be adjusted or established under certain circumstances during the contract term. Typically, this clause outlines the process for determining a revised price, such as referencing market rates, cost changes, or mutual agreement between the parties. Its core practical function is to provide a clear mechanism for price adjustments, ensuring both parties have a fair and predictable method for handling changes in pricing, thereby reducing disputes and maintaining contract stability.
