Night Differentials a. Night differentials will not be paid to part-time employ- ees hired on or after January 1, 1981, and who work in Customer Service Centers, Phone Booths (Kiosks), DM/ DR (Direct Marketing/Direct Response) Centers and any equivalent retail sales or service center operation. How- ever, any employee who is on the active payroll of the Company as of December 31, 1980, and who works part-time on or after January 1, 1981, shall thereafter continue, during the current term of employment, to be paid on the same basis as provided in paragraph a. preceding.

Night Differentials. Employees scheduled to work hours between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall be paid for those hours, a differential of $.80 per hour. The differential shall be paid only for those hours actually worked between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and only if the employee is not being paid at an overtime or premium rate.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour.   • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A.
