Computation of Overtime In computing overtime a period of thirty (30) minutes or less shall be counted as one-half (½) hour and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes but less than sixty
Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.
Allocation of Overtime Subject to the operational requirements of the service, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort: (a) to allocate overtime work on a fair and equitable basis among readily available and qualified employees; and (b) where overtime is predictable, employees shall be provided with a minimum of four (4) hours notice.
Definition of Overtime All time worked in excess of forty (40) hours during any one (1) week shall be considered overtime. All overtime must be properly authorized by the Employer.
No Duplication of Payments The Company shall not be liable under this Agreement to make any payment in connection with any Claim made against Indemnitee to the extent Indemnitee has otherwise actually received payment (under any insurance policy, Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaw or otherwise) of the amounts otherwise indemnifiable hereunder.
