No Encumbrance. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇ shall not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, hypothecate, or otherwise dispose of or encumber any of the Collateral or any interest therein until all of the Secured Obligations are fully satisfied. ▇▇▇▇ shall protect and defend the Collateral from and against any and all claims, demands, or legal proceedings brought or asserted by any party other than the Trustee.
