Common use of No Guarantee or Limitation Clause in Contracts

No Guarantee or Limitation. This Article is intended to be construed only as a basis for scheduling and overtime, and shall not be construed as a guarantee or limitation of work per day or per work period. However, if the Employer intends to unilaterally alter the forty hour work week, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union prior to implementing a schedule change. Overtime shall not be paid more than once for the same hours worked.
