NO INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS OR AGREEMENTS. (a) No employee c overed by this agreement shall be compelled or be allowed to enter any individual contract or agreement with their Employer concerning the conditions of employment varying the conditions of employment contained herein covered by this agreement required or permitted to make ▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or verbal agreement with the Employer or its representatives which may conflict with the terms of this agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Union. (b) No employee shall be asked to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer covering hours of work, wages or conditions during the term of this agreement unless required to do so out of a duty to accommodate and by mutual agreement with the Union.
