No Layoff to Compensate for Overtime. An employee shall not be required to lay off during regular hours to equalize any overtime worked. An employee who is absent on approved time off during her scheduled work week because of sickness, bereavement, holiday, vacation or other approved leave of absence shall, for the purpose of computing overtime pay, be considered as if she had worked during the regular hours during such absence.
