The City Engineer will not be required to acknowledge the certificate required for land improvements on the Final Plat of Subdivision as required by Section 86-154(7). The Final Plat of Subdivision will reflect the Deferment Agreement, which obviates the need for the City Engineer to certify that the public improvements will be completed upon subdivision.
