Noise and Odors Clause Samples
The "Noise and Odors" clause sets standards and limitations regarding the levels of noise and odors that are permissible on a property. Typically, this clause restricts tenants or occupants from generating excessive noise or unpleasant smells that could disturb neighbors or violate local regulations. For example, it may prohibit loud music after certain hours or the use of equipment that emits strong odors. Its core function is to maintain a comfortable and harmonious environment for all occupants and neighbors by preventing disturbances and potential disputes related to noise and odors.
