Directing Service Clerk to violate rules re Service Clerk Duties 1st violation - written warning from Union 2nd violation - $500.00 fine 3rd and subsequent violations with a twelve (12) month period of the date of the last violation will result in fines of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation. Where twelve (12) months has elapsed from the date of the written warning or the last fine without infraction, the Employer is entitled to another notice.
