These requirements apply to all concessions firms and suppliers, including those who qualify as an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE).

Non Discrimination in Contracts. Contractor shall include in all subcontracts relating to the Premises a non-discrimination clause applicable to such other subcontractor in substantially the form of subsection 9.4.1 above. In addition, Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 12B and 12C of the San Francisco Administrative Code.
