Common use of Non-Production Environments Clause in Contracts

Non-Production Environments. Licensee may use the Web Server Software in a technical environment and on the platforms and configurations specified in the User Documentation, solely for internal development and testing in connection with the Software, or for disaster recovery purposes (“Non-Production Environment”). Licensee’s installation, activation or use of a copy of the Software in a Non-Production Environment is limited to the same number of Authorized Users and/or permitted number of Cores as provided above. Licensee’s use of the Web Server Software in a Non-Production Environment may be concurrent with Licensee’s use of the Software and such use is conditioned on Licensee having an authorized license for the Software. Licensee is entitled to only two (2) Non-Production Environments.
