Common use of Non-Production Environments Clause in Contracts

Non-Production Environments. End User may use the Server Software in a technical environment and on the platforms and configurations specified in the User Documentation, solely for internal development and testing in connection with the Tableau Licensed Software, or for backup purposes (“Non-­‐Production Environment”). End User’s installation, activation or use of a copy of the Tableau Licensed Software in a Non-­‐Production Environment is limited to the same number of Authorized Users and/or permitted number of Cores as provided above. End User’s use of the Server Software in a Non-­‐Production Environment may be concurrent with End User’s use of the Tableau Licensed Software and such use is conditioned on End User having an authorized license for the Tableau Licensed Software. End User is entitled to only two (2) Non-­‐Production Environments.
