Non-Regular, Non-Teaching Appointments Clause Samples

The Non-Regular, Non-Teaching Appointments clause defines positions within an organization or institution that are not part of the standard teaching faculty and do not involve regular instructional duties. This clause typically applies to roles such as research associates, visiting scholars, or administrative staff who may contribute to the academic environment but are not responsible for teaching courses.
