Common use of Non-Waivers Clause in Contracts

Non-Waivers. No failure or delay by a party hereto in exercising any ----------- right, power or privilege hereunder, and no course of dealing between or among any of the parties, shall operate as a waiver of any such right, power or privilege. No waiver of any default on any one occasion shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent or other default. No single or partial exercise of any such right, power or privilege shall preclude the further or full exercise thereof.
