Nondiscrimination and Accessibility Clause Samples

The Nondiscrimination and Accessibility clause ensures that all individuals, regardless of characteristics such as race, gender, disability, or other protected statuses, are provided equal access to the goods, services, or opportunities covered by the agreement. In practice, this means the party must make reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities and refrain from any practices that could exclude or disadvantage protected groups. The core function of this clause is to promote fairness and legal compliance by preventing discriminatory practices and ensuring that offerings are accessible to everyone.
