Normal Disciplinary Procedures. The normal disciplinary procedure shall be as follows: (1) Oral reprimand, accompanied by a written directive clarifying expectations. (2) Written reprimand (Copy to Union office) (3) Suspension or Demotion (Copy to Union office) (4) Discharge (Copy to Union office) Subd. 5.
