NORMAL WORKING DAY. 5.3.1 The regular hours of work may be between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with up to one hour for lunch between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.. The core hours of the working day will be 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 5.3.2 For employees working a seven and one-half (7 1/2) hour day, the normal working day commences at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. with one (1) hour for lunch between 11:00 a.m.. and 2:00 p.m.. 5.3.3 For employees working an eight (8) hour day, the normal working day commences at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. with one half hour (1/2) for lunch between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
