Common use of NORMAL WORKING WEEK Clause in Contracts

NORMAL WORKING WEEK. The regular work week shall consist of five, seven hour days (35 hours weekly), with the exception of the following positions which shall work five, eight hour days (40 hours weekly): a) Capital Project Coordinator Coordinator, Backstage Services Coordinator, Community Centre Services Coordinator, Front of House Services Facility Operations Technician Facility Systems Coordinator Fitness Supervisor Fleet Services Clerk Parking Enforcement Officer Pool Supervisor Roads Technician Security, Life & Safety Coordinator Stockkeeper Supervisor, Area Parks Supervisor, Facility Operations Supervisor, Fleet Supervisor, Roads Supervisor, Urban Forestry Supervisor, Water & Wastewater/Technologist Utility Permit Coordinator Wastewater Technician Water Quality Analyst Water Technician Works Technician b) Any Aquatic Coordinators hired or appointed after March 31, 1996, will work 35 hours per week at the hourly rate of the current Aquatic Coordinator(s).
