Notice of Teaching Assignments. The School shall have the right to assign teachers based on the interests of the School’s educational program, as determined by the Executive Director. Teachers may request reassignment if they believe they are able to make a greater contribution to the School’s educational program in a different assignment. However, the Executive Director has the final authority to make decisions regarding such requests, and regarding teacher assignments generally. As such, decisions made by the Executive Director regarding teacher assignments shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
