Notification and Authorization. CM shall notify the DISTRICT in writing of the need for additional services required due to circumstances beyond the CM's control. CM shall obtain written authorization from the DISTRICT before rendering such services. Compensation for such services shall be compensated based on attached standard hourly rates. Such services shall include: a. Material PROJECT Scope Changes. Services required or necessary as a result of significant changes in the PROJECT scope or other requirements of the PROJECT, including PROJECT size, quality, or complexity or material changes to the Master Construction Schedule.
