Notification and Authorization. CONSULTANT shall notify the DISTRICT in writing of the need for additional services required due to circumstances beyond the CONSULTANT 'S control. CONSULTANT shall obtain written authorization from the DISTRICT before rendering such services. Compensation for such services shall be compensated based on attached standard hourly rates.
