Notification and Implementation of Opt-Outs. With respect to any Personal Information Shared hereunder, each Party will timely notify the other Party of (i) any Opt-Out or any other choice or request for access or rectification, blocking or similar requests made by any individual, and shall not respond to any such requests unless expressly authorized to do so by the notified Party; (ii) any complaint relating to the Processing of such Personal Information, including allegations that the Processing infringes on an individual’s rights under Data Protection Law; or (iii) any order, demand, warrant, or any other document purporting to compel the production of such Personal Information under Data Protection Law. Each Party shall use and otherwise Process all such Personal Information in accordance with all such Opt-Outs or other choices and will promptly notify the other Party of such actions and shall cooperate with such notified Party with respect to any action taken relating to such request, complaint, or order or other document.

Company shall use and Process all such Personal Information in accordance with all such Opt-Outs or other choices and will promptly notify Pioneer of such actions, and shall cooperate with Pioneer with respect to any action taken relating to such request, complaint, or order or other document.

  • Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services.   • Technical Feasibility of String While ICANN has encouraged and will continue to encourage universal acceptance of all top-­‐level domain strings across the Internet, certain top-­‐level domain strings may encounter difficulty in acceptance by ISPs and webhosters and/or validation by web applications. Registry Operator shall be responsible for ensuring to its satisfaction the technical feasibility of the TLD string prior to entering into this Agreement.

  • PURPOSE AND IMPLEMENTATION This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of collaborative research, development, and testing opportunities on various topics of mutual interest to enable advanced understanding of aeronautics, science, and space systems research and development and to provide workforce development in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) while furthering NASA’s research and development goals. The Parties shall execute one (1) Annex Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Annex") concurrently with this Umbrella Agreement. The Parties may execute subsequent Annexes under this Umbrella Agreement consistent with the purpose and terms of this Umbrella Agreement. This Umbrella Agreement shall govern all Annexes executed hereunder; no Annex shall amend this Umbrella Agreement. Each Annex will detail the specific purpose of the proposed activity, responsibilities, schedule and milestones, and any personnel, property, or facilities to be utilized under the task. This Umbrella Agreement takes precedence over any Annexes. In the event of a conflict between the Umbrella Agreement and any Annex concerning the meaning of its provisions, and the rights, obligations and remedies of the Parties, the Umbrella Agreement is controlling.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
