Notification and Placement on the Layoff List. 25 a. Notice All employees who may be subject to layoff shall be given 26 notice in writing at least fifteen (15) days prior to the day of expected layoff. Such notice shall 27 stipulate the reason for layoff, advise that the layoff is for reasons not reflecting discredit on the 28 employee, and inform the employee of any transfer or demotion option which the employee may 29 possess under this Agreement. The Association shall also receive such notification.

  • Placement on the Salary Schedule Members of the bargaining unit shall be placed on the salary schedule at the step appropriate for training and creditable years of experience.

  • Statement on Warrants Irrespective of any adjustment in the number or kind of shares issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants or the Exercise Price, Warrants theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same number and kind of shares as are stated in the Warrants initially issuable pursuant to this Agreement.

  • COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.

  • Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. The parties further agree that the above notification will be copied to the ONA Bargaining Unit President.
